Coral reefs are home to one of every four marine species known to science; and they're vital to maintaining Earth's biological diversity. Unfortunately, these magnificent natural wonders are in trouble. Nearly a quarter of the world's coral reefs have been destroyed. If current trends continue, we risk losing the rest by mid-century.
