We write to provide an update on the impact of Coronavirus on Tennessee Williams Theatre's operations. By now you probably have guessed that events at our theatre and those shows "on the road" have been suspended. This action is through at least April 6 (as of today). With very few exceptions, all are delayed, not cancelled. Please give us these next few weeks to announce new dates before requesting a refund. Our artists have committed to reschedule and their representatives are working to clear new dates.
Your patience allows our team to direct our resources where it most benefits you, our customers.
- You will always have the option for a refund when the new date is announced and you will be guaranteed the same seat while you decide.
- If it eases your mind to ensure you have flexibility, exchange your purchase for a voucher to use toward any show of your choice.
- You can also choose to donate your tickets back to theatre and we will send you a letter confirming your tax deductible contribution (donating even 1/2 the value is helpful).
Our incredible staff is responding to our patrons as quickly and efficiently as humanly possible. We will communicate with you when there is news to share. As a world-recognized not-for-profit, we will come out the other side of this having the same commitment to excellence and mission but we need your assistance. Your patience is most helpful and appreciated.
